These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CoupleZone’s websites, games, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, accessing the Services, or tapping “I agree” where presented, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement to use CoupleZone. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Platform Purpose
CoupleZone provides relationship entertainment, couple games, and social interaction experiences designed to feel modern, playful, and romantic. Our positioning emphasizes bonding, shared fun, and emotional connection—not mature content.
Features may evolve over time; we may add or retire experiences to keep the platform fresh and safe.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate registration information, safeguard your credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, unless caused by our negligence.
You will comply with all applicable laws and respect other users’ dignity and boundaries—even in playful contexts.
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against others;
- Upload malware, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the Services;
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or automate access beyond reasonable personal use without permission;
- Misrepresent your identity, manipulate ratings, or engage in fraud;
- Use the Services in any way that violates intellectual property or privacy rights;
- Circumvent age restrictions, payment rules, or access controls.
We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement when appropriate.
User Content
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other materials (“User Content”), you grant CoupleZone a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, and display that content to operate and improve the Services. You retain ownership of your content subject to this license.
You represent that your User Content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with these Terms.
Intellectual Property
CoupleZone and its licensors own all rights in the Services, including software, artwork, branding, and documentation. Except for the limited right to use the Services as intended, no rights are granted to you. Do not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoupleZone disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoupleZone and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.
Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or must comply with legal requirements. We may provide notice where feasible. You may stop using the Services at any time.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. We will post the revised Terms with an updated date. Material changes may include additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
